Cunchy Chickpeas Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 400g can chickpeas, drained well
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepeer

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 200’C.
  • Pop all the ingredients into a bowl and give them a good mix.
  • Pop them onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread them around.
  • Roast them in the oven for 15 -30 minutes until they look golden.
