Deviled Eggs and Avocado Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 Large free range organic eggs
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • Sprinkle of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to season

Directions

  • Boil the eggs so they are hard boiled, usually 10 minutes.
  • Peel the eggs once cooked and cut in half length ways. Spoon out the yolks into a bowl and add the avocado and lemon juice. Mash the egg yolks and avocado together.
  • Fill the egg whites with the yolk and avocado mix. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle paprika on the top.
