Hummus Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves (less if you want)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1⁄4 tsp salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp paprika
  • 1⁄8 tsp pepper
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Directions

  • Add all ingredients into a blend and blend until smooth.
  • If you prefer a less garlic taste then only add 1 clove garlic.
  • Serve with fresh raw vegetables like carrots, cucumber, celery and sugar snap peas.
