New Steve Grant Health Clinic Now Open
Wow, what a six months! We wanted to give you an update on some changes that we have going on. It has been a particularly busy six months!
Over this last six months we have been able to manage our clients through both online video calls and also in the last few months, back in clinic as well.
One thing is for sure, I personally still prefer seeing my clients in the flesh. That is not to say that we can not deliver close to the same level of service online; however, I feel there is more of a unique experience when working with someone in the same space. There is more of a positive energy exchange and an increased ability to empathise, understand and respond to what my clients are telling me. This should never be underestimated. The partnership that we as integrative clinicians develop with our clients is critical to the outcomes and reading someone’s body language, expressions and reactions is all part of that process.
Now, the easy thing would have been to stay at home, work fully online and sit this thing out for the next 6-18 months. However, after a little deliberation and certain opportunities presenting themselves, I have decided to set up our own integrative health space in Marylebone, London – just around the corner from where I have been practicing for the last 7 years. I leave the clinic I have been at for that time on very good terms, in fact I am now a director and manager of that clinic and will endeavour to now take that clinic from strength to strength, allow other clinicians the same opportunities that I had in developing and growing my business.
In recent times I have had an urge to have my own space and to create my own team of clinicians under one roof. Whilst this is not the ideal time to be setting up a clinic in London, with half the population at home and the media whipping everyone up into a massive fearful frenzy to do anything other than be angry with each other, I felt like the time is right to put a bigger stamp on the integrative health industry.
Today we open up or new clinic on York Street in Marylebone. In recent months we have also taken on three nutritionists and the talking therapists I have been working with for some time will also be joining me at the new clinic. We also welcome Functional Medicine Doctor ‘Dr Gayetri’ to the clinic as well.
We are also looking to expand our team further with other therapists and also other Nutrition and Functional Medicine clinicians. We are offering opportunities for clinicians to join as a Steve Grant Health clinician as well as opportunities for already established clinicians in the industry wanting to work in an integrative space like this as associate clinicians. If you are a clinician looking to work for, or alongside Steve Grant Health in our clinics then do get in touch.

We are now also launching some specific programs of support for new clients coming into Steve Grant Health that include more coaching, accountability and support than ever before. If you are interested in working with us on a 1-2-1 basis then do get in touch and we can send over our latest welcome pack with details of these new programs covering the following areas:
Weight Loss & Metabolic Health
This program covers areas such as weight loss or body composition change as well as areas such as cardiometabolic conditions like type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, blood pressure and so forth. Clients with PCOS will also often come under this category, due to the significant influence of metabolic health on hormonal imbalances and conditions like PCOS.
This program covers the individuals with ongoing digestive health issues. Often our clients come to us because they have been experiencing ongoing symptoms like bloating, distension, cramping, irregular bowels, heartburn and more. Many have already been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) but are struggling to find out the underlying cause / causes behind their symptoms. Our goal is not to label you with a condition, but to dig deeper into the factors that lead to or are exacerbating your symptoms.
In this program the focus is on your athletic performance. Whether you are a pro athlete looking to see how optimising your health and nutrition can positively impact performance, or someone who is looking to maximise their athletic performance whilst balancing your training with daily work and life demands, our team can help. We have a team of Nutritionists – all with training and performance backgrounds themselves, so they understand the demands that training places upon the body, and they have expertise in developing nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to support this. Health should underpin performance rather than be sacrificed in the quest for performance.
Steve Grant Health Functional Medicine & Integrative Health Program
This program is most suitable to those with more complex conditions and multiple symptoms and goals. Often those with chronic health challenges where they have been struggling to find answers and solutions to how they feel and function. Because we have a clinic that includes professionals from multiple backgrounds, we are able to help support those with both physical and emotional challenges and those that have perhaps been impacted by past chronic or acute stressors and traumas. We are very proud to present this level of support and expertise in one program and hope that this paves the way in the industry for a patient centred and expert guided approach to healthcare. I would like to say a massive thank you to all clients that I have worked with in the past. Both my past successes and failures with clients continue to motivate me as a practitioner and have also motivated me to create a clinic with likeminded practitioners looking to put their clients at the heart of their approach. I include failures because I strongly believe that whilst those moments of failure can act to derail your and add in seeds of doubt, they can also be the moments that motivate change that results in our own development that lead to better results in the future.
Lastly, I also need to say a massive thank you to friends and family that have supported me to this point and also those who got their hands filthy with paint and plaster getting the new clinic ready for today’s launch.
Running a business is not easy at times and taking a risk during these uncertain times has been more a leap of faith based upon my heart much more than my head. However, I believe implicitly in what we do and how we can help people and I believe greatly in the clinicians that now also surround me.
You’ll be hearing from me more in the coming weeks and months with updates about the clinic and services as well as mountains of new content and the launch of our very own health questionnaire ‘Health Score’ that we have been working on for some time so stay tuned
