I appreciate everything Steve did for me, he’s honestly the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever know about the body, health and nutrition. He’s well known in the film industry for helping Stunt Performers and Actors with their body composition for specific roles, but he also plays a tremendous role in the support for sports people and necessary quick recoveries from injuries.
I did a 3 month course with Steve and could not believe the results. The fat was literally dropping off within weeks and within a couple of months the muscle was piling on. I was away for a lot of the time so Steve got in touch with me over Skype and we changed my diet and training program every month. I have never had better results from any program in the past and I could not recommend Steve more highly.
6 weeks on and after a 30 day modified elimination diet and supplement protocol, I can confirm that I have a flat tummy and no bloating, I am going to the toilet on a regular basis and sleep between 6 and 8 hours a night, my aches and pains have gone and have lost a stone. I feel amazing and it is all down to Steve’s dedication and commitment to get to the root of my problem.
Today my RA symptoms have gone by 90/95%. I found a new senior role in a company and I love my new job, I have unbelievable energy, people think I am 10 years younger than my age. I have no hives or blurry vision symptoms anymore. I sleep well, I do not take painkillers anymore, I don’t have any flare ups, and my immune system is getting stronger.
Steve Grant in collaboration with my Personal Trainer Mark Alcock have been absolutely fantastic! Initially I had gone from 85KG and 25% body fat down to 67.9KG and 5.6% body fat within 4 months. Steve was absolutely crucial to nearly every member of the cast of Unbroken. We all had to achieve an emaciated look for the film, while still maintaining the energy to act for months of 12-plus hour days. He had to oversee a large cast of POW’s in our World War 2 prison camp, and all of them looked incredible, and credit Steve for their achievement.
Without a doubt Steve played an instrumental part in my full recovery and our work together achieved my first natural period in over 10 years. It felt like a miracle and was a huge achievement for me. Since then, my periods have been regular and the side affects of having PCOS stopped – all because of Steve and his tremendous knowledge and work.
During Samreen’s first measurements she measured around 35% body fat, but after working with Steve both with Personal training and nutrition she was able to reduce her body fat down to 23% losing around 10kg in body weight but around 12kg in fat as she had also increased her lean tissue by 2kg.
2015 was my first year of competition and I set a divisional record for deadlift at my first event, and qualified for 2 national competitions (All Englands and British Nationals). If Steve had not encouraged me to focus on strength rather than cardio I would not be where I am now – loving training, getting strong, and not spending every day hungry and worn down.
I was both inspired by, and grateful for not only Steve’s unique and thorough skill set, but also the passion and care with which it was applied. The result was a steady, calculated and hands-on approach, altered on a weekly, progressive basis, throughout which I felt extremely safe and supported.
I was advised to switch up my nutrition and to follow a supplement protocol for 8 weeks which worked like a dream. I felt like a new person, my periods came back (and have been regular ever since) and I now sleep through the night most nights. I have also been able to get back to training, which as a personal trainer, is really important to me and my business.

As well as pretty much achieving my initial goals, I have also been pleasantly surprised to experience unexpected improvements. Perhaps more importantly, Steve has helped me to change the way that I think and feel about food and drink. I no longer crave the things I know are bad for me.
It has been and still is an emotional journey for me and more importantly than all steves wonderful knowledge and know how has been his compassion and sensitivity in understanding it isn’t just all about numbers and percentages but reaches to a much deeper level which he just seems to get.
I like to think I’m pretty well informed when it comes to all things nutrition, but Steve’s wealth of knowledge blew me away. In addition, he took the time to reply to all of my annoying emails, and still does to this day. Over the course of 4 months I lost 10% bodyfat (from 25% to 15%) while gaining 6lbs of lean mass.
I followed the plan for a few weeks and, although it took a few days to adjust to, I immediately felt better, more energetic and didn’t miss some of the foods I cut out. I came back three weeks later and had lost 4kg and reduced my body fat considerably from 24.02% to 19.86%, with a lot of my skinfold sites dropping by around 25% .

I wasn’t sure how you would fill six hours with info on nutrition but the time flew, packed as it was with a remarkable breadth of scholarship matched by common sense. You clearly have a passion for your work and your detailed research, coupled with work with clients, has put you in a strong position to speak with authority on nutrition.
