I first met Steve Grant about 4.5 years ago after a long period in hospital. Steve helped me with the diet to get me back into the shape that I was before and to help me with the right choices of food.
Last year I started running in view of two half marathons and a marathon that I am doing this year (2018). I contacted Steve to help me with a diet plan in preparation for these three events and because I did not want to lose muscle with the amount of cardio I started doing.
For someone like me who doesn’t really like to spend much time looking at calories and grams, Steve devised a plan that is intuitive and based on a visual idea of quantities to follow.
