My body fat has decreased dramatically going from 18.7 down to 10.5% at its lowest.
I met Steve just over a year ago and it’s really since that I got really healthy. Before that I did train but my diet was poor. Like many others i was trying fad diets and believed that ‘low fat’ foods were good for me. He taught me a lot about nutrition and it helped me to be consistent with my food and control my cravings.
As for training, Steve develops exercise programme tailored for my needs. Each programme changes every 4 weeks which makes training more effective and fun.
I am also a mother of two small children (aged two and four) and sometimes it is difficult to find time to train. So Steve gives me exercise programmes that can be done in 20-30 minutes at home, when it is the most convenient for me. Thanks to all these my body fat has decreased dramatically and I feel much stronger.
