Banana Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 full egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 bananas
  • ½ tsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp 0% fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1tbsp honey

Directions

  • Place the eggs in a blender along with the banana and blend until smooth.
  • Heat up the oil in a frying pan on medium heat and add the mixture. You can either do large ones or mini ones.
  • Place a lid on the pan and cook for 8 minutes or until the middles are set. Then turn and cook without a lid for a further 4 mins.
  • Serve onto a plate and place the yoghurt on top and drizzle with 1 tbsp honey.
