Berry Chocolate Clusters
Easy peasy recipe where you can even get the kids involved. Melt the chocolate slowly in a glass bowl over a pan of steaming water. Try it with a variety of berries.

Ingredients
- 60g Blueberries / Raspberries / blackberries
- 100g Melted dark chocolate (70-85% cocoa)
- Himalayan salt
Directions
- Line a small baking sheet with baking paper.
- Spoon a small dollop of melted chocolate on the paper and top with berries.
- Drizzle chocolate over the berries and sprinkle with a teeny bit of salt.
- Pop in the freezer until set which takes around 10 minutes.
- Serve.
