Berry Protein Bars Recipe
SERVES 10
Ingredients
- 6 large fresh strawberries
- 10 tbsp coconut flour
- 3 scoops (90g) NZW Isolate Protein Powder Berry
- 150ml coconut milk from carton
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Topping:
- 40g dark chocolate
- fresh strawberries halved
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Then make the dough into bar shapes and place into a flat dish. You should be able to make around 10-12 bars.
- Place in the freezer for a minimum of 3 hours for them to harden.
- Place a pan of boiling water on medium heat. Add a glass bowl over the top so the bottom isn’t touching the water. Place in the chocolate and slowly melt. Then dip in the bars to cover.
- Place them onto greaseproof paper and place half a strawberry on top. Place in the fridge to set for minimum of 2 hours.
