Blueberry and Spinach Smoothie Recipe

Spinach is a great way of adding greens to a smoothie as you can pack lots of leaves in and it doesn’t ruin the flavour as they are very mild.

Ingredients

  • 50g Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 tbsp cashew nut butter
  • 25g vanilla protein powder (whey or vegan)
  • 200ml coconut milk (from a carton)
  • 50g raw spinach
  • 100ml water

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients together.
