Blueberry Chia Snack Pot Recipe

SERVES 1

Ingredients

  • 70g coconut yoghurt (coyo is the cleanest)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 30g blueberries, chopped
  • 1 tbsp flaked almonds

Directions

  • Mix together the yoghurt, chia seeds and blueberries and leave in the fridge for minimum 1 hour for the chia seeds to soak.
  • When ready top with the flaked almonds.
  • A great one to make the night before and take for a snack on the go.
