Blueberry and Greens Smoothie Recipe
A great smoothie to pack in lots of veg and still taste good. Using avocado gives a lovely smooth thick texture to smoothies.
- 80g Avocado
- 75g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 100g cucumber
- 50g Kale
- 25g chocolate Protein Powder (whey or vegan)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 200ml water
- Blend all ingredients together.
