Cashew Vanilla Chia Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 350ml cashew milk
  • 1 tbsp honey / maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • 25g vanilla protein powder (optional, use if keeping to below macros)
  • 40g chia seeds
  • 1 fig, chopped
  • ½ peach, sliced
  • 15 blueberries

Directions

  • Blend together the milk, honey / maple syrup, vanilla and protein powder (if using) until smooth.
  • Then stir in the chia seeds. Give them another stir 5 minutes later and then leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Once ready top with the fruit.
