Cherry Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 125g frozen cherries
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt (coyo is a good one)
- 2 tbsp coconut milk from carton (for SCD diet please use home made coconut milk)
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together and serve immediately. If you find it’s too think and doesn’t blend then add very small amounts of coconut milk until the correct consistency.
