Chia Seed Breakfast Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 ½ medium bananas (150g)
- 20g chia seeds
- 40g oats
- 250ml coconut milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 20g protein powder
Directions
- Mash up the bananas and place in a bowl with the chia seeds and oats.
- In a blender, blend together the milk, cinnamon and protein powder and then mix into the bowl with all other ingredients.
- Leave this to soak in the fridge overnight (or minimum 2 hours).
