Chia Seed Breakfast Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ medium bananas (150g)
  • 20g chia seeds
  • 40g oats
  • 250ml coconut milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 20g protein powder

Directions

  • Mash up the bananas and place in a bowl with the chia seeds and oats.
  • In a blender, blend together the milk, cinnamon and protein powder and then mix into the bowl with all other ingredients.
  • Leave this to soak in the fridge overnight (or minimum 2 hours).
