Chia Seed Breakfast Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

  • 30g chia seeds
  • 30g Oats
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 1 medium banana
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 25g protein powder

Directions

  • Mash up the bananas and place in a bowl with the chia seeds and oats.
  • Blend together the almond milk, cinnamon and protein powder and then add to the bowl and mix well.
  • Leave this to soak in the fridge overnight (or minimum 2 hours).
