Chia Seed Breakfast Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
- 30g chia seeds
- 30g Oats
- 250ml almond milk
- 1 medium banana
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 25g protein powder
Directions
- Mash up the bananas and place in a bowl with the chia seeds and oats.
- Blend together the almond milk, cinnamon and protein powder and then add to the bowl and mix well.
- Leave this to soak in the fridge overnight (or minimum 2 hours).
