Chocolate Bark Recipe

How to make a bar of dark chocolate way more exciting. You can get creative and try a range of different nuts and fruits. Whatever takes your fancy.
Chocolate Bark Recipe
Ingredients
- 100g dark choc (over 70% cocoa) (broken into pieces)
- 1⁄2 cup coconut oil
- 2 handfuls flaked coconut
- 2 handfuls shredded coconut
- 1⁄2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
Directions
- Place an empty glass dish over a pan with boiling water in.
- Add the chocolate and coconut oil and mix around until it has melted. Add the rest of the ingredients and give it a good mix.
- Place mixture into a dish lined with baking paper.
- Leave to set in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Store in the fridge.
