Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 250ml coconut/cashew/almond milk
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • pinch rock salt
  • 30g chocolate protein powder (optional, use to stick to below macros)
  • 30g chia seeds
  • 10 cashew nuts

Directions

  • Blend the milk, cacao, salt and protein powder (if using) together until smooth.
  • Pour into a bowl and mix in the chia seeds.
  • Stir every minute for 5 minutes and then place in the fridge for minimum 1 hour or overnight.
  • To serve top with cashew nuts. Also works well as a dessert.
