Flapjacks Recipe

Ingredients

  • 300g gluten free oats
  • 3 ripe bananas, peeled
  • 80ml coconut oil, melted
  • 40ml honey / maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Directions

  • Line a small roasting dish with baking paper and preheat oven to 180’C.
  • Mash the bananas in a bowl and then mix in the oats, honey /maple syrup, oil and spices until it is all well mixed.
  • Tip the mixture in the roasting dish and spread it out using a fork.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is lightly browning.
  • Leave it to cool and then cut into rectangles. Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
