Flapjacks Recipe

Ingredients
- 300g gluten free oats
- 3 ripe bananas, peeled
- 80ml coconut oil, melted
- 40ml honey / maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
Directions
- Line a small roasting dish with baking paper and preheat oven to 180’C.
- Mash the bananas in a bowl and then mix in the oats, honey /maple syrup, oil and spices until it is all well mixed.
- Tip the mixture in the roasting dish and spread it out using a fork.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is lightly browning.
- Leave it to cool and then cut into rectangles. Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
