Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients
Serves 6-8
- 1 cup pineapple, chopped
- 1 cup melon, chopped
- 3 apples, peeled, de cored and chopped
- 2 kiwi’s, peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1⁄2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 handfuls shredded coconut
- Sprinkle of coconut flakes
Directions
- Place all ingredients except the coconut flakes in a large bowl and mix well until the spices look evenly spread.
- Then sprinkle with coconut flakes on the top. Store in the fridge.
