Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients

Serves 6-8

  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 1 cup melon, chopped
  • 3 apples, peeled, de cored and chopped
  • 2 kiwi’s, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1⁄2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 handfuls shredded coconut
  • Sprinkle of coconut flakes

Directions

  • Place all ingredients except the coconut flakes in a large bowl and mix well until the spices look evenly spread.
  • Then sprinkle with coconut flakes on the top. Store in the fridge.
