Green Granola Bowl Recipe

SERVES 1

Ingredients

  • 100ml coconut milk (for SCD diet please use home made coconut milk)
  • 70g frozen banana
  • 20g protein powder (optional)
  • 10g kale
  • 10g spinach
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder
  • Mineral water
  • 60g simple granola
  • 3 small strawberries, chopped

Directions

  • Place everything into a blender except the granola.
  • Blend until smooth and add mineral water gradually until at desired thickness.
  • Place into a bowl and add granola and the strawberries on top.
