Grilled Peaches / Nectarines Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 peaches or nectarines
  • Cinnamon
  • Coconut oil

Directions

  • Cut the fruit in half and twist to pull apart the two halves. Then take out the seed. You will now have 2 halves.
  • Wipe the fruits with some melted coconut oil and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Place them under a hot grill and cook for around 4 minutes per side.
  • Goes great with Cherry ice cream
