Grilled Peaches / Nectarines Recipe
- 4 peaches or nectarines
- Coconut oil
- Cut the fruit in half and twist to pull apart the two halves. Then take out the seed. You will now have 2 halves.
- Wipe the fruits with some melted coconut oil and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Place them under a hot grill and cook for around 4 minutes per side.
- Goes great with Cherry ice cream
