Ingredients

  • 120g almonds
  • 100g cashews
  • 230g Medjool dates*, pitted zest and juice from 3 limes
  • 30g vanilla protein powder

Directions

  • Blend the nuts in the food processor until chopped.
  • Add all other ingredients and blend until it all starts to clump.
  • Shape the mixture into balls. Store in the fridge in a container.
