Ingredients
- 120g almonds
- 100g cashews
- 230g Medjool dates*, pitted zest and juice from 3 limes
- 30g vanilla protein powder
Directions
- Blend the nuts in the food processor until chopped.
- Add all other ingredients and blend until it all starts to clump.
- Shape the mixture into balls. Store in the fridge in a container.
