- 250g quinoa
- 70g raw peas
- small bunch fresh mint, finely chopped
- small bunch fresh parsley, finely chopped
- small bunch fresh chives, finely chopped
- handful cashew nuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp tamari
- 1 tbsp olive oil
