Ingredients
- 3 medium free range eggs
- 1.5 slices Rye bread (120g)
- 40g Smoked salmon
- 1 tsp butter
Directions
- Whisk the eggs and then place in a non stick frying pan on medium heat and stir constantly until cooked.
- Butter your rye bread and place on top the smoked salmon and then place the scrambled eggs on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
