Ingredients

  • 3 medium free range eggs
  • 1.5 slices Rye bread (120g)
  • 40g Smoked salmon
  • 1 tsp butter

Directions

  • Whisk the eggs and then place in a non stick frying pan on medium heat and stir constantly until cooked.
  • Butter your rye bread and place on top the smoked salmon and then place the scrambled eggs on top.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
