- 3 garlic cloves (less if you want)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1⁄4 tsp salt
- 1⁄4 tsp paprika
- 1⁄8 tsp pepper
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- Add all ingredients into a blend and blend until smooth.
- If you prefer a less garlic taste then only add 1 clove garlic.
- Serve with fresh raw vegetables like carrots, cucumber, celery and sugar snap peas.
