Strawberry and Sharon Fruit Icepops Recipe

SERVES 6

Ingredients

  • 2 sharon fruit
  • 6 large strawberries
  • 200ml canned coconut milk (for SCD diet please use home made coconut milk)
  • 2 tbsp coconut butter

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor/blender. Blend them together until smooth.
  • Place mixture evenly into ice pop moulds. Leave to set in the freezer for a few hours.
  • Try with a range of different fruits.
