Strawberry Nut Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 heaped tsp cashew butter
  • 150ml coconut milk (from a carton)
  • 25g protein powder (any flavour)
  • 1 tsp honey / maple syrup
  • 40g Oats
  • 140g strawberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 150ml water

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients together. You may want to soak the oats in the coconut milk overnight to give it less of a powdery taste and then blend it together in the morning.
