Sweet Potato Chips Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, sliced into 1/8 inch thick slices
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 210’C. Place the sweet potato into a bowl and mix with the melted coconut oil until evenly covered.
  • Place each chip onto a baking sheet making sure they don’t touch.
  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes turning them half way.
  • Cook until the edges are looking crisp.
  • Remove from the oven and season with salt.
