Sweet Potato Chips Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, sliced into 1/8 inch thick slices
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 210’C. Place the sweet potato into a bowl and mix with the melted coconut oil until evenly covered.
- Place each chip onto a baking sheet making sure they don’t touch.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes turning them half way.
- Cook until the edges are looking crisp.
Remove from the oven and season with salt.
