Vegan Pesto Recipe

Ingredients

Makes 10 Servings

  • Half bunch fresh parsley, stalks removed
  • Half bunch fresh sage, stalks removed
  • 2 bunches fresh basil, stalks removed
  • 2 large spring onion bulbs
  • 12g pine nuts
  • 100ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until well combined.
  • To store, place into a glass jar and cover the top with a thin layer of olive oil and place on a lid.
  • Keep refrigerated.
