Autumn Smoothie
A great combination of fruits and veg in a morning smoothie. Can use any protein flavour and variety (vegan/ whey etc).Vanilla is a favourite for this.
Ingredients
- Protein powder, 20 grams of protein from the serving size used (this will vary depending on the protein powder you use).
- 80g pear, chopped
- 50g blackberries
- 40g green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 150ml oat milk (or any milk)

- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
