Autumn Smoothie

A great combination of fruits and veg in a morning smoothie. Can use any protein flavour and variety (vegan/ whey etc).Vanilla is a favourite for this.

Ingredients

  • Protein powder, 20 grams of protein from the serving size used (this will vary depending on the protein powder you use).
  • 80g pear, chopped
  • 50g blackberries
  • 40g green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 150ml oat milk (or any milk)

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Kcal: 326
  • Protein: 36g
  • Fats: 6.8g
  • Carbs: 26g
  • Fibre: 8.3g
  • Serving: 1
