Banana and Almond Smoothie
Can’t go wrong with bananas in your smoothie. Lovely and thick. You can soak your oats overnight for an even smootherblend the next morning.
Ingredients
- 250ml almond milk (unsweetened)
- 15g almonds
- 1 medium banana (preferably frozen)
- 1 serving of vanilla protein powder
- 40g oats
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- If too thick, add water until it reaches the right consistency.
