Beetroot Latte
If you love beetroot then you just have to try this!
Ingredients
- 100g cooked beetroot
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 360ml coconut milk (or any milk)
Directions
- To cook beetroot, wrap a beetroot in foil and bake in the oven at 200°C for around 30 mins or until a knife is easily inserted.
- Peel once cool.
- Place all ingredients (including the beetroot) into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Heat in a pan, do not boil.
- Serve.
