Berry Chia Porridge
Really simple chia porridge and only takes a few minutes to bash together. Best left over night, so make it the night before and you can wake up to a ready made breakfast. You can add protein powder to this if you want to up the protein.
Ingredients
- 230ml coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 35g chia seeds
- 2 large strawberries, chopped
- 30g blueberries
Directions
- Mix together everything except the fruit in a small bowl.
- Stir every minute for 5 minutes and then place in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour or overnight.
- To serve, top with the strawberries and blueberries.
