Berry Iced Tea
A great way of using your berries in a drink.
Ingredients
- 80g raspberries
- 60g blueberries
- 100g blackberries
- 150g strawberries, tops removed, halved
- 4 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 litre water
- Juice from 1 lemon
Directions
- Place the fruit in a pan with the honey and bring to a simmer.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Mash all the fruit so it turns into a liquid and pour through a sieve into a jug, pushing the fruit through the sieve with a spoon, discarding the skin and seeds.
- Add the water and lemon juice and mix well.
- Serve over ice and fresh berries.
