Berry Iced Tea

A great way of using your berries in a drink.


  • 80g raspberries
  • 60g blueberries
  • 100g blackberries
  • 150g strawberries, tops removed, halved
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 litre water
  • Juice from 1 lemon


  • Place the fruit in a pan with the honey and bring to a simmer.
  • Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Mash all the fruit so it turns into a liquid and pour through a sieve into a jug, pushing the fruit through the sieve with a spoon, discarding the skin and seeds.
  • Add the water and lemon juice and mix well.
  • Serve over ice and fresh berries.
