Blackberry hot chocolate

This is something a little different to your traditional hot chocolate and really works well.


  • Blackberries: 50g
  • Maple syrup: 1 tsp
  • Water: 1 tbsp
  • Oat milk: 260ml (or any milk)
  • Dark chocolate: 25g (chopped or grated)


  • Put the blackberries, maple, and water in a pan and heat until blackberries are soft.
  • Push the contents through a tea strainer into a cup.
  • Heat the milk in the pan and add the chocolate. Heat until the chocolate is fully dissolved.
  • Add the milk-chocolate mixture to the cup and mix well.

  • Fibre: 8.3g
