Blackberry hot chocolate
This is something a little different to your traditional hot chocolate and really works well.
Ingredients
- Blackberries: 50g
- Maple syrup: 1 tsp
- Water: 1 tbsp
- Oat milk: 260ml (or any milk)
- Dark chocolate: 25g (chopped or grated)
Directions
- Put the blackberries, maple, and water in a pan and heat until blackberries are soft.
- Push the contents through a tea strainer into a cup.
- Heat the milk in the pan and add the chocolate. Heat until the chocolate is fully dissolved.
- Add the milk-chocolate mixture to the cup and mix well.
