Blackberry Lemonade

Tart but great, try this for something different at the weekend.


  • Blackberries: 350g
  • Filtered Water: 350ml
  • Lemon Juice (from 3 lemons)
  • Honey: 30g
  • Lemon (sliced): 1


  • Blend the blackberries and water together until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture through a sieve or muslin cloth into a jug.
  • Add the lemon juice to the jug.
  • Mix the honey with 1 tbsp of boiling water to dilute it, then add it to the jug and stir.
  • Serve the mixture over ice with lemon slices.

  • Carbs: 9.5g
  • Fibre: 3.8g
