Blackberry Lemonade
Tart but great, try this for something different at the weekend.
Ingredients
- Blackberries: 350g
- Filtered Water: 350ml
- Lemon Juice (from 3 lemons)
- Honey: 30g
- Lemon (sliced): 1
Directions
- Blend the blackberries and water together until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a sieve or muslin cloth into a jug.
- Add the lemon juice to the jug.
- Mix the honey with 1 tbsp of boiling water to dilute it, then add it to the jug and stir.
- Serve the mixture over ice with lemon slices.
