Blueberry and Greens Smoothie
A great smoothie to pack in lots of veg and still tastes good. Using avocado gives a lovely smooth thick texture to smoothies.
Ingredients
- 80g Avocado
- 75g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 100g cucumber
- 50g Kale
- 25g chocolate vegan protein powder
- 200ml water
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
