Blueberry and Spinach Smoothie
Spinach is a great way of adding greens to a smoothie as you can pack lots of leaves in and it doesnโt ruin the flavour it's very mild in flavour.
Ingredients
- 50g Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 32g cashew nut butter
- 1 serving vanilla whey protein powder
- 200ml unsweetened almond milk
- 50g raw spinach
- 100ml water
