Blueberry and Spinach Smoothie

Spinach is a great way of adding greens to a smoothie as you can pack lots of leaves in and it doesn’t ruin the flavour it's very mild in flavour.


  • 50g Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 32g cashew nut butter
  • 1 serving vanilla whey protein powder
  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 50g raw spinach
  • 100ml water


  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  • Carbs: 11g
  • Fibre: 2.3g
