Blueberry and Spinach Smoothie

Spinach is a great way of adding greens to a smoothie as you can pack lots of leaves in and it doesnโ€™t ruin the flavour it's very mild in flavour.

Ingredients

  • 50g Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 32g cashew nut butter
  • 1 serving vanilla whey protein powder
  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 50g raw spinach
  • 100ml water

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  • Fats: 18g
  • Carbs: 11g
  • Fibre: 2.3g
  • Serving: 1
