Blueberry Tea
A simple, fruity hot tea.
Ingredients
- 1 cup filtered water
- Handful blueberries (35g), crushed
- 1 tsp maple syrup/honey
- Black tea/green tea/earl grey tea (1 tsp or one tea bag)
Directions
- Pop all ingredients into a pan and bring to a simmer for 2 minutes.
- Pour contents of the pan into a mug through a sieve.
- Also goes great with lavender or mint.
