Blueberry Tea

A simple, fruity hot tea.


  • 1 cup filtered water
  • Handful blueberries (35g), crushed
  • 1 tsp maple syrup/honey
  • Black tea/green tea/earl grey tea (1 tsp or one tea bag)


  • Pop all ingredients into a pan and bring to a simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Pour contents of the pan into a mug through a sieve.
  • Also goes great with lavender or mint.

  • Carbs: 9g
  • Fibre: 0.5g
  • Serving: 1 cup
