Chai Tea

A great drink full of flavour


  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 black tea bag
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch ground cloves
  • 1 tsp maple syrup


  • Heat the milk in a pan until the edges start to bubble.
  • Turn off the heat and add the tea bag. Let it brew for a few minutes then remove.
  • Add the other ingredients and pop the heat back on and whisk until hot.
  • You can adjust the seasoning if necessary a little at a time.
