Chai Tea
A great drink full of flavour
Ingredients
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 black tea bag
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- Pinch ground cloves
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Directions
- Heat the milk in a pan until the edges start to bubble.
- Turn off the heat and add the tea bag. Let it brew for a few minutes then remove.
- Add the other ingredients and pop the heat back on and whisk until hot.
- You can adjust the seasoning if necessary a little at a time.
