Cherry Chia Pot
If you love cherries then this is the pot for you. I love to make this the evening before so when I get up in the morning, breakfast is ready. If you require more protein, then blend in some protein powder with the nuts milk and cherries.
Ingredients
- 15g cashew nuts
- 260ml cashew milk
- 110g cherries
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 35g chia seeds
Directions
- Blend together the nuts, milk, 80g cherries, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Stir in the chia seeds.
- Stir again after 5 minutes.
- Leave to set in a bowl in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour or overnight.
- When ready, top with the remaining cherries.
