Chia and Oat Pot

Great to make the night before and leave over night in the fridge so you can grab it in the morning with no fuss. If you need more protein, then mix in a scoop of your favourite protein powder with the milk.


  • 1 medium banana
  • 30g chia seeds
  • 30g oats
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


  • Mash up the banana and place it in a bowl or pot with the chia seeds and oats.
  • Add the milk and cinnamon and mix well.
  • Leave this to soak in the fridge overnight (or a minimum of 2 hours).

  • Carbs: 42g
  • Fibre: 16g
