Chicken Hash

It’s quicker than you imagine. A great way of getting in some protein and lots of veg in the morning. Leaving you fuller for longer.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 180g chicken breast, chopped into small cubes
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100g kale, chopped

Directions

  • In a large frying pan, add the oil, pepper, and onion and stir. When they start to soften, add in the chicken and cook until the chicken starts to brown.
  • Add the paprika and season with salt and pepper.
  • When the chicken is cooked, add the kale and stir constantly until the kale has wilted.
  • Serve.
