Chicken Hash
It’s quicker than you imagine. A great way of getting in some protein and lots of veg in the morning. Leaving you fuller for longer.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 180g chicken breast, chopped into small cubes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper
- 100g kale, chopped
Directions
- In a large frying pan, add the oil, pepper, and onion and stir. When they start to soften, add in the chicken and cook until the chicken starts to brown.
- Add the paprika and season with salt and pepper.
- When the chicken is cooked, add the kale and stir constantly until the kale has wilted.
- Serve.
