Chocolate and Cashew Chia Pot
Super simple chia pot. Works great as a dessert too. If you would like more protein, just add in some protein powder.
Ingredients
- 250ml cashew milk
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- Pinch of rock salt
- 1 tsp honey
- 30g chia seeds
- 10 cashew nuts
Directions
- Mix together the milk, cacao, salt, and honey and pour into a bowl. Mix in the chia seeds.
- Stir every minute for 5 minutes and then place in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour or overnight.
- To serve, top with cashew nuts.
