Chocolate and Cashew Chia Pot

Super simple chia pot. Works great as a dessert too. If you would like more protein, just add in some protein powder.


  • 250ml cashew milk
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • Pinch of rock salt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 30g chia seeds
  • 10 cashew nuts


  • Mix together the milk, cacao, salt, and honey and pour into a bowl. Mix in the chia seeds.
  • Stir every minute for 5 minutes and then place in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour or overnight.
  • To serve, top with cashew nuts.
