Chocolate Bark

How to make a bar of dark chocolate way more exciting. You can get creative and try a range of different nuts and fruits. Whatever takes your fancy.

Ingredients

  • 100g dark chocolate (over 70% cocoa), broken into pieces
  • 50g coconut oil
  • 40g flaked coconut
  • 40g desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Place an empty glass dish over a pan with boiling water in, don’t let the water touch the dish.
  • Add the chocolate and coconut oil and mix around until it has melted.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and give it a good mix.
  • Place mixture into a dish lined with baking paper.
  • Leave to set in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
  • Store in the fridge.
