Chocolate Bark
How to make a bar of dark chocolate way more exciting. You can get creative and try a range of different nuts and fruits.Whatever takes your fancy.
Ingredients
- 100g dark chocolate (over 70% cocoa), broken into pieces
- 50g coconut oil
- 40g flaked coconut
- 40g desiccated coconut
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Place an empty glass dish over a pan with boiling water in, don’t let the water touch the dish.
- Add the chocolate and coconut oil and mix around until it has melted.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and give it a good mix.
- Place mixture into a dish lined with baking paper.
- Leave to set in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Store in the fridge.
