Chocolate Brownies (Flourless)
A delicious gluten free chocolate brownie recipe to try.
Ingredients
- 135g ground almonds
- 90g cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp tamari sauce
- 170g coconut oil, melted
- 3 eggs
- 5 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC.
- Mix up the first three ingredients in a medium bowl.
- In a separate bowl, add the second set of ingredients and mix well.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and whisk it up until itโs all combined.
- Get a baking tin (9″x9″) and line with baking paper.
- Pour in your batter and evenly spread.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Leave to cool out of the tin, then cut into slices.
