Chocolate Turmeric Smoothie
Super simple smoothie which is great for your heart. You can use fresh or ground turmeric.
Ingredients
- 1 serving chocolate vegan protein powder
- 15g peanut butter
- 10g chia seeds
- 100g frozen banana slices
- 20g fresh spinach
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Pinch of black pepper
- 200ml unsweetened oat milk
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Serve and drink!
