Chocolate Turmeric Smoothie

Super simple smoothie which is great for your heart. You can use fresh or ground turmeric.

Ingredients

  • 1 serving chocolate vegan protein powder
  • 15g peanut butter
  • 10g chia seeds
  • 100g frozen banana slices
  • 20g fresh spinach
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 200ml unsweetened oat milk

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Serve and drink!
