Cinnamon and Cauliflower Smoothie

A lovely thick and creamy smoothie.


  • 60g frozen banana
  • 100g frozen cauliflower florets
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 30g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 date
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 200ml almond milk
  • Handful of ice


  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  • Protein: 40g
  • Fats: 12g
  • Carbs: 37g
  • Fibre: 4.7g
  • Serving: 1
