A lovely thick and creamy smoothie.
Ingredients
- 60g frozen banana
- 100g frozen cauliflower florets
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 30g vanilla protein powder
- 1 date
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 200ml almond milk
- Handful of ice
